Nintex Acquires K2 Software
Just two weeks ago, Nintex finalized the acquisition of K2 Software, Inc., an innovative provider of digital process automation (DPA) software solutions. K2 is the largest company we’ve acquired and this is very exciting for every team member at Nintex and our global community of customers and partners.
By combining forces, Nintex is now in the fortunate position of serving more than 10,000 organizations, including more than 50 percent of the Fortune 500, across 90 countries and in every major industry. This acquisition also makes us the world’s largest privately held process automation software vendor, with deep innovation investments funded by more than $200 million in annual recurring revenue.
“It’s exciting to officially bring two technology innovators together to help organizations everywhere solve their process problems and automate work with easy-to-use and powerful software solutions. We look forward to providing our customers and partners with more new and innovative solutions that truly do improve the way people work.”
